FOUNDER & ATTORNEY AT LAW
Trenton
Nield.
Careful planning. Clear answers. An attorney who works directly with you.
I founded Nield Legacy Law to offer California families personal, thoughtful estate planning with direct attorney involvement at every stage.

PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
A perspective shaped by the probate court.
Planning with an understanding of what can happen when families are left without clear instructions.
Before founding Nield Legacy Law, I gained experience in estate planning law firms and in the probate court system. I served as the sole probate law clerk for Clark County, Nevada, where I saw firsthand the complexities families can face when planning is incomplete.
That experience informs my approach today: look carefully at the details, explain the available choices, and draft documents intended to serve families when they need them.
My practice focuses on revocable living trusts, wills, powers of attorney, advance health care directives, trust administration, probate, and related planning matters. I work directly with clients to understand their goals and develop plans tailored to their circumstances.
